High accuracy with only 5 microns tolerance allows manufacturing even the most complex restorations. 5X-400 allows milling various materials from Zirconia Disk to CAD Block,
Pre-milled Blank, and select between wet and dry machining. Wet milling is required for processing titanium, lithium disilicate, and PMMA. Zirconium is also may be milled wet with distilled water which is an advantage since it excludes the use of a suction system, and without it, there is no zirconium dust and noise from its operation, milling tools last longer and fewer chips when milling thin surfaces.
